Areole Events and Wedding provides event planning, design, coordination, and management services. The scope of services for each event is defined in the official proposal or agreement shared with the client.
A non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm all bookings.
Remaining payment must be completed as per the payment schedule in the agreement.
We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, or cheque (subject to clearance).
Delays in payment may result in service delays or cancellations.
To ensure successful planning and execution, clients are expected to:
Provide complete and accurate information about the event
Make timely decisions and approvals
Cooperate with the Areole Events team and third-party vendors
Secure necessary permits (unless otherwise agreed upon)
All change requests must be made in writing.
Changes made less than 7 days before the event may incur additional fees and may not be guaranteed.
Cancellation terms:
More than 30 days before event: 50% refund (excluding advance)
Within 30 days: 50% charge
Within 7 days: No refund
We work with experienced vendors (caterers, decorators, photographers, etc.) to provide high-quality services. While we coordinate and manage these services:
We are not liable for direct dealings between clients and external vendors unless contracted through us.
Clients must inform us in writing if they wish to use any personal or third-party vendors.
Areole Events and Wedding shall not be held liable for:
Any personal injury, property damage, or loss during the event
Delays or issues caused by force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)
Vendor failures beyond our control
With your consent, we may use photographs or videos from your event for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your event media to be used, please notify us in writing before the event.
We respect your privacy. All personal information, preferences, and event details are treated as confidential. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
All content on our website or materials provided (designs, concepts, layouts) are the intellectual property of Areole Events and Wedding and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without permission.
In case of disputes, both parties agree to:
Attempt an informal resolution first
If unresolved, pursue mediation
If necessary, resolve the matter under jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your City/State]
